We had such a great stay here! The hotel is located in a beautiful and calm area, perfect for a relaxing holiday. It's just a short walk away from the train station, which is very convenient. We really appreciated the excellent service, especially from the friendly staff on reception and the waiters and waitresses at breakfast. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed such as ironing facilities and air conditioning. We also loved the terrace, perfect for a morning coffee.
This place is amazing and we highly recommend it to everyone who wants to have a great stay in this area.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location was perfect - close to Gunnersbury station and easy to get into the city center. it was the ideal location to attend the Kew Gardens Xmas event. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the facilities were great, especially the 24/7 food option. The staff were friendly and courteous, and the breakfast was superb.

Great location with easy access to public transport, making it easy to explore top tourist attractions in the city. The rooms are spacious, clean and well-equipped, and the bathroom is especially great with a powerful shower. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the parking is reasonably priced and secure. The breakfast is delicious with plenty of options, including made-to-order omelettes.

The room was spacious and we were really surprised with a free upgrade upon check-in. The presence of both a bath and a walk-in shower was a nice touch. The assortment of complimentary beverages, including a coffee machine, was greatly appreciated. The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, especially for vegetarians like myself. The staff were extremely accommodating and we were even upgraded to an executive suite for our anniversary. The suite was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The late check-out was a bonus too. a great experience.
I felt right at home during my stay and had no reason to complain.
